A seven page extract from A Midsummer Night’s Dream has been reprinted by US publisher Holt, Rhinehart and Winston in Elements of Literature (Grade 8, pub 2008). A two page extract from Macbeth was published by Cornelsen Verlag GmbH of Germany in Level Crossing 2 in 2011.
